About the Event
What goes with a perfect all-butter crust? Almost anything!
Join Grand Central Bakery cookbook author and butter aficionado Piper Davis for a master class in pies. Piper will invite you into her home kitchen, where you will learn the tips and techniques for making the perfect all-butter pie crust with lattice top and how to adapt and select seasonal fillings (both and sweet and savory!) to make delicious homemade pies.
While the pies are baking, enjoy a glass of wine and charcuterie snacks while we discuss how to up your chef game by cooking with seasonal ingredients. Everyone will go home with a pie, pie crust for your freezer and Piper's cookbook, The Grand Central Baking Book.
