CSA Unboxing with Comida KIN!

Join us for our first CSA Unboxing of the season! Rodrigo and Mary are the incredible chefs behind Comida KIN, a Hillsboro-based food cart serving farm to table Mexican-inspired Food. Bring your shares and cook 'em up! 

You'll learn tips on how to prep each veggie to maximize freshness, simplify dinners for the rest of the week, and revive last week's veggies. Learn about the uncommon vegetables in your share and how to turn them into simple, delicious meals. Hands on workshop.
