We have lived in the US for 25 years, working for Spring Hill Organic Farm. In 2019, the farm owner retired and offered us the opportunity to lease land and equipment and we made a long-term dream come true and went into business for ourselves. We’re proud to be a part of the local food community here in Oregon and are so grateful for the community of people who have supported us at Eloisa Organic Farm. The farm is named after Virginia’s mother, Eloisa, to honor her hard work and dedication in raising nine children by herself.

On our 15 acre certified-organic farm, we specialize in high quality tomatoes and peppers with a focus on Oaxacan varieties. While most CSA programs require a 20+ week commitment, we offer three smaller, affordable seasons, Spring, Summer, and Fall. We do offer discounts for folks who are able to commit to multiple seasons, as those upfront funds really make a huge difference in our ability to have a strong start on farm in the spring. What do you get as an Eloisa CSA member?

1. Produce: Each box contains a mix of greens, staple foods, herbs, and specialty items that change throughout the season. We also partner with our farm neighbors to provides fresh seasonal fruits and other specialty products.
2. Guidance: Every week, we send out a CSA newsletter on Fridays with produce descriptions, stories from the farm, recipes, and more!
3. Convenience: Customers have the convenience of having their own self-serve station behind our booth, which is great for folks who don't want to wait in our long lines at the market.
4. CSA Appreciation Day: Join us for our annual farm tour and home-cooked Mexican meal featuring our produce.

-Spring (12 weeks) 3/30 – 6/15 (deadline: Mar 1)
-Summer (13 weeks) 6/22 – 9/14 (deadline: May 1)
-Fall (10 weeks) 9/21 - 11/23 (deadline: Aug 1)

*Discounts available for paying for multiple seasons up-front
*Pro-rated shares available for folks joining on mid-season
*Late registrations are accepted as space allows
